Employee Code of conduct Policy:

Objective

The objective of this Code of Conduct Policy is to explain exactly what conduct is expected from all Employees and the consequences if they act unethically. This is a set of principals as to how an organizations employees should behave or follow on everyday routine at our Office.

Scope

Our Code of Conduct policy applies to all the Employees of the Company.

Policy in Detail:

1. Dress Code:
There is no separate Dress Code for the Company. But Employees should be dressed properly & cleanly.

2. Office Timings:
The Office Timings are 10.00 A. M. to 07.00 PM. Employees should attend the Office / branch office / godowns timely as per the official timing of the Company mentioned above. We expect employees to be punctual. The planning of leave should be informed to the Management in advance.

3. Internet Usage:
Our Corporate Internet Connections are primarily for business purpose. But you can occasionally use our connection for personal purposes as long as they don’t affect your job responsibilities. You should not use our Corporate Internet Connection to:
a. Download or upload obscene, offensive or illegal materials.
b. Send confidential information to unauthorized recipient.
c. Download or upload movies, music’s, Software etc.
d. Visit potentially dangerous websites which will danger the safety of Networks, Computers & Server.

4. Usage of Cell Phone:
We will not allow the usage of Cell Phone at Work unless and until is there an emergency. But we also want to ensure that your devices don’t distract you from your work or disrupt our workplace.
a. Use your Cellphone in a manner that benefits your work.
b. Keep personal Calls brief and short.
c. Avoid playing Games on your Phone.
d. Don’t use your phone to record Confidential information
e. Avoid using loud ringtones which will disturb the working environment.

5. Corporate Email:
Email is essential to work. You should use your Company Email for work related purposes only. Use strong password and be vigilant in catching Emails which carries viruses like Malaware. Draft the Emails in a polished way as the Employees Emails should create the good image of the Company in front of the Client. No matter how you use the Corporate Email, we expect you to avoid.
a. Sending unauthorized Marketing Contents or Emails.
b. Sending insulting or discriminatory messages
c. Spamming other people’s Email including your co-workers.

6. Conflict of Interest:
Your personal goals are not aligned with your responsibilities towards the Company. Employees accepting bribes or gifts is not acceptable & is against business ethics which will lead to you losing the Job. But the Company is allowing to accept the Gift to a maximum worth of Rs. 2,000/- on a special occasion of Diwali Festival. We expect you to be vigilant to spot circumstances that create of Conflict of Interest.

7. Employee relationship:
We want to ensure that relationship between the employees are appropriate and harmonious. Treat others with dignity and respect always.

8. Workplace Visitors:
If you want to invite visitors to our Office / branch office / godowns, you should take the prior permission from the Management. Visitors should show their identification before entering the premises. Keep the visitors away from the important areas like Server Room, Stock area.

9. Protection of Property & Assets:
All the Employees should treat our Company’s Property whether it is material or tangible with respect and care. The Employees should use them only to complete their job objectives.

10. Data Protection:
The files and folders of the Employees should be aranged in such a way the other employees can easily access. The responsibility of protecting their own data is individual responsibility. Periodical back up needs to be taken to safeguard the data from losing.

11. Financial integrity and Accounting:
Accurate and reliable financial and business records are of critical importance. You must not engage in any actions that could result in conveying false or inaccurate financial information to our Company or our clients. You must ensure that all submissions you make to the Company or the client on our behalf are complete and accurate. Any Financial loss due to the negligence in the work by the individual Employee is the sole responsibility of the said Employee.

12. Confidentiality:
For any Company, its confidential information is a valuable asset and every employee of the Company must protect it. Confidential information includes all non-public information. It also includes personal information obtained from any source in the course of business.

13. Government Compliance:
It is the sole responsibility of the individual employee to complete all the government compliance time to time and within the timeline. Employees has to be always updated with latest changes in the Government compliances. All the Employees of the Company has to obey the State and Central Government norms, within the Company and outside the Company.
